Haiti and Cuba Devastated by Hurricane Matthew

The storm struck Les Anglais, Haiti’s southwestern tip, with winds going as fast as 145 miles per hour (mph) on Tuesday. Cuba was later struck, enduring 140 mph winds. The damage has not yet been fully investigated….
